Just found this article via CHOW about a new grocery store in Berlin, called Kochhaus, which features recipe tables instead of long, sometimes confusing grocery aisles. You see a dish on the table, grab the ingredients behind it and recreate it at home.
Cool idea and looks like a beautiful store. Probably wouldn’t do my regular shopping there, since you’re at the mercy of whatever recipes they choose to preview. But, judging by their Carpaccio vom Rind… looks deliciousss.
