NEW COMIC BOOK BY TERHI EKEBOM OUT ON FRIDAY
Terhi Ekebom’s long-awaited fifth graphic novel, The Ghost Child (Kummituslapsi) is out on Friday! Exploring the themes of abandonment and discovery, the book tells a touching story of restless woods, haunting spirits and a little ghost.
Want to meet the artist? You’ll find Terhi at the Helsinki Comics Festival’s main venue tent on Sunday 8 September at 2pm where she talks about ghosts and her book with illustrator and comic artist Mika Lietzén.
For more information about the book, visit www.asemakustannus.com

Nancy walk cycle created at Pierre Feuille Ciseaux #4 at Minneapolis College of Art and Design under the guidance of head coach John P. (with a little help from Jaime Hernandez - he actually drew two frames!).
I’ll be at Autoptic on August 18th. I’m signing from 12-1 pm at Table 17 (I think). It’s a free event celebrating independent printed matter like COMICS and posters. If you’re in Minneapolis/St. Paul area, check it out.
